This antibody is specific to 3-hydroxykynureinine modifications on N-alpha-acetyl lysine, N-alpha-acetyl histidine, N-alpha-acetyl arginine, and N-alpha-acetyl cysteine. It does not recognize the transaminase enzyme involved in the degradation of tryptophan.
