Description: Goat polyclonal antibody to Hsl1. It is a large (1,518-residue) protein kinase from Ustilago maydis Hsl1 with an N-terminal catalytic domain and a very long C-terminal extension. Hsl1 localizes to the site of cytokinesis in the bud neck in a septin-dependent manner and promote proper timing of cell cycle progression.Alternative names: UM03928.1 hypothetical protein and cdr2-like protein antibody.
Form: Polyclonal antibody supplied as a 500 µl (3 mg/ml) aliquot in PBS, 20% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide. This antibody is epitope-affinity purified from goat antiserum.
Immunogen: Purified recombinant peptide derived from within residues 100 aa to N-terminus of Ustilago maydis Hsl1 produced in E. coli.
Specificity: Detects the immunogen by Western blot.
Storage: Store at -20 C for long-term storage. Store at 2-8 C for up to one month.
