Synonyms
AD3; AD3H; presenilin 1; PS-1; PS1; PSN1; PSNL1; S182 protein
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human PSEN1 around the phosphorylation site of Ser357.
Immunogen Range
323-372
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:5000
Specificity
PSEN1 (Phospho-Ser357) Antibody detects endogenous levels of PSEN1 only when phosphorylated at Ser357.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
