High affinity RAD51 activator (Kd range = 48-107 nM, value depends on cofactors present). Enhances homologous recombination activity of hRAD51. Enhances homology-directed repair ~2 to 5-fold and increases CRISPR-mediated knock-in efficiencies in vitro and in vivo.
