Yssel’s medium was developed specifically for human T-cell growthwith little or no use of bovine serum. It works well with smallamounts of human serum (0.5-2.0%) and/or various interleukins.Use of Yssel’s medium eliminates the need for fetal bovine serumin T-cell cultures.
This product was developed without the use ofantibiotics or phenol red.
