Grace’s insect medium is ideal for transfection when supplementedwith 2-10% fetal bovine serum. It supports a variety of insectcells, including several lepidopterans and some dipterans. Thismedium lacks the lactalbumin hydrolysate and yeastolate added toTNM-FH medium. We manufacture all our insect media only withstabilized L-glutamine to ensure the longest possible shelf life.
