Biological Activity

LPA₅ receptor antagonist (IC₅₀ = 0.8 μM in LPA₅-RH7777 cells). Inhibits LPA-induced aggregation of isolated human platelets. Exhibits selectivity for LPA₅ against 80 other screened targets.
