Biological Activity

Amyloid-β (Aβ) aggregation inhibitor; blocks Aβ(1-42) aggregation and protects neuronal cell lines exposed to Aβ(1-42). Reduces Aβ oligomer-induced LTP and memory deficits in vivo.
