Biological Activity
Selective inhibitor of calcineurin-mediated dephosphorylation of nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT). Does not disrupt other calcineurin-dependent pathways. Inhibits NFAT activation and NFAT-dependent expression of endogenous cytokine genes in T cells.
