Biological Activity

Gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor (GnRH-R) antagonist. Exhibits potent affinity (IC₅₀ values are 12 and 71 nM for human and rat GnRH receptors respectively). Lowers plasma leuteinizing hormone levels in the rat. Orally active.
