Potent and reversible inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MGL) (IC50 = 93 nM). Also suppresses NF-κB activation via inhibition of proteasome chymotrypsin-like activity and IKKαβ. Displays antitumor, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activities.
