Inthefirststep,CD105+cellsarepositivelyselectedafterlabelingwiththeCD105MultiSortMicroBeads.Subsequently,theMultiSortMicroBeadsareenzymaticallyreleasedfromtheCD105antibody.TheselectedCD105+cellscanbemagneticallylabeledandsortedaccordingtoasecondantigen.ThekitscontainsCD105MultiSortMicroBeads,MultiSortReleaseReagent,andtheMultiSortStopReagent.
Downstreamapplications
