Microtubule inhibitor; inhibits mitosis. Also inhibits autophagosome-lysosome fusion. Enhances homology-directed repair (HDR) efficiency 9 to 31% (depending on cell cycle phase) and increases Cas9-mediated gene editing frequencies.
